Spravato® Treatment for Depression

Innovative care. Grounded in safety. Backed by experience.

What is Spravato®?

Spravato® (esketamine) is an FDA-approved nasal spray treatment for:

  • Treatment-resistant depression (TRD)
  • Major depressive disorder (MDD) with suicidal thoughts or behavior

Unlike traditional antidepressants, Spravato works on a different brain pathway — offering relief for patients who haven’t responded to other treatments.

Who is it for?

You may be eligible for Spravato if you:

  • Have tried two or more antidepressants without improvement
  • Struggle with persistent, severe depression
  • Experience suicidal thoughts despite treatment

A referral from your primary care provider or psychiatrist is required.

What to Expect

Spravato is administered in our clinic under close medical supervision. Each treatment session includes:

  1. Clinical check-in — vital signs and mental status
  2. Self-administered nasal spray
  3. Two-hour observation in a quiet, comfortable room
  4. Discharge planning — patients may not drive after treatment
