What to expect when you call
1. Brief intake call
Our front desk will ask a few questions: what you’re looking for help with, your insurance, and whether you have a referral. Takes about 10 minutes.
2. Match with a provider
We’ll pair you with the right clinician — Dr. Graff if you have a referral, or one of our supervised psychiatric residents if you don’t.
3. Schedule your first visit
Most new patients are seen within 1–2 weeks. We’ll send you intake paperwork and everything you need to prepare for your evaluation.
